At a young age I discovered the power of self- love. Owning who I am has opened many great doors for me, I want to be able to teach all women I encounter that they also have the same power within them. Awakening other women to their greatness truly fills my soul and is part of my mission here on earth.

Why do you choose to be of service with A4MS?

I’ve chosen to be a part of A4MS Organization because it truly falls in line what I’ve been doing all my life personally with children & teens, creating a safe space to grow and take risks. My goal while working with children & teens has always been working on their confidence & empowering them to become strong, positive leaders. My passion has always been working with people and paying it forward anyway I can. I want everyone to know that anything is possible, and that you can have it all in this life, no matter what it is! I feel absolutely blessed to start a new journey with A4MS and I can’t wait to work with all these strong and resilient women.

Kathy Hernandez, "I am not perfect, but have learned to enjoy the imperfections. My creative side allows my expression to flow in different lights. I am a listener, but not always the quiet one. Was not always a fan of feelings, but have realized I do not have to fear them, as they too shall pass. Loving the journey is something I strive to do, knowing there is a bigger picture, whether I see it yet or not!"

I chose to be of service with Amigas4MySoul because of the value it provided me. Every woman deserves to have a group of women that supports, empowers, and uplifts you. Not only by their encouraging words, but by actions and resources. This organization is that and so much more. To be a part of something bigger than myself, and joining amazing women, all unique and powerful in their own essence brings me light and energy. One that cannot be matched alone and I am excited to continue the mission and spreading that light. Breaking cycles. Taking ownership of our imperfections and stepping into the power of ourselves. The possibilities are endless.

Raquel Michel- Jackson, "I was born in Tulsa, Ok and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I enjoy supporting others on their personal and professional goals. From a young age, I have loved helping others meet their goals. Initially, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, but during my senior year I realized that Business was not the route I wanted to pursue. I began working for Upward Bound, GEAR UP, Financial Aid, and High School and Post-Secondary Counseling. I believe that quality of life is important.  Outside of my profession, I enjoy my family, friends, and the outdoors! I make it a point to carve out time to spend with my family, travel, and pamper myself".

Why do you choose to be of service with A4MS?

I believe in encouraging and motivating women to fulfill their life goals.
